A Promo/Discount Code is displayed before you purchase the product. You may use this code to avail the discount given on that specific product. These discounts might change from time to time based on the offers we receive from our vendors.

-How will i know when my order is confirmed and shipped?

Once the order is placed you will be getting an order ID as a reference. Our team will process your order and ship your product through our one of the associated courier partner. Once the product is dispatched, a tracking number will be email id and sent to your registered mobile number once operational. You can track the status of the shipment at www.mandhhiram.com.

-What is your shipping policy?

We have Cart based Shipping Policy. The slab rates are clearly mentioned in shipping policy page on the store.  We have associated with Fedex Corporation and Delhivery for all our Shipping Services across India.

-How long do you take to deliver the product?

It will take 3-5 business days to deliver Puja Kits, Festival Kits and any other shipments. It will take about 7 business days to deliver your eTemple Kits from the prominent temples. Please read our Shipping Policy page for more details.

We use Pay U Money as our Payment Gateway solution for all our Payment solutions.

-What modes of payment do you accept?

We accept Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net banking, Cheque Payments and Cash on Delivery payment options. These Payment options are valid in India only. We are working towards international shipments and will be LIVE soon from our store.

-What is your return policy?

There is no Return or Cancellation Policy. Incase if you want to return or cancel the products you ordered, a service fee of 2.5% of the product or service value will be charged and the remaining amount will be credited back to your nominated account within 5 working days upon cancellation.
